Sacred Woman RITUALS 

We would define ritual as an action performed consistently and for its symbolic value. What elevates any action from routine to ritual is the mindfulness that we bring to the action.


Creating rituals that feel nourishing can elevate our lives from the mundane to the sacred. Here are a few simple rituals that we love.  

~ Morning journaling, a beautiful way to start the day with mindful reflection. Journaling is a practice that creates space for new ideas, for letting go of worries, and for looking inward.

~ Taking a hot bath. Add epson salt, baking soda and your favorite essential oil. Slipping into hot water is a deep exhale, it activates the parasympathic nervous system and washes away worries at least for an hour or so.
