February Full Snow Moon
From a historical perspective, the full moon in February is traditionally known as a snow moon in the northern hemisphere because, this month is often both the coldest time of year and when snowfall tends to be the heaviest. It is in the dead of winter that the most potent inner work can be done. This is a time of incubation, nesting, preparing for the blossoming Spring. We can sit in stillness like the seeds buried beneath the snow, listening to our intuition for guidance. We can gather with our tribe for inspiration and the exchange of ideas.
